Yesterday at the Legion of Honor Museum. An artist painting only the head of Auguste Rodin's statue of John the Baptist Preaching (1878). I really liked the left-handed artist's feet-astride stance! He painted a little, then stepped back a few feet for a larger perspective, only to return to the same position.
