This morning I went to the Marin Art Festival at the Civic Center. After yesterday's goat-encounter it was pure coinkidinky that I saw yet another goat! Here posing with Josh Cote, its creator. Josh hails from BLachly, Oregon, a place which I have never heard of before. His beard, incorrectly, reminded me of a goatee, so named because of the resemblance to the beard of a billy goat.
