The Bear Valley Trail in the Point Reyes National Seashore is a favorite of hikers, birders, runners and bicyclists. The Bear Valley Creek runs alongside the trail until it reaches Divide Meadows. With all the rain we've had, the creek was rushing along merrily this morning, winding its way through bay trees, sword ferns, forget-me-nots and richly diverse vegetation. A lovely sight to behold, guaranteed to make the spirits soar!
