Here's a picture of some White Pelicans which I took a few days ago at the LGVSD Ponds. These gals/guys catch their prey while swimming, each bird eating more than 4 lbs of food a day. They like to come together in groups to cooperate and chase fish to one another. I love to watch them as they act in concert.
