It breaks my heart to see people like this on our streets. This man was walking up Market Street last Monday. When I arrived in the States some fifty-seven years ago, you would see a few "winos" around railway-stations, but nothing like the number of homeless populating our streets today. Is this really necessary, in the richest country on earth?
