Canada Geese coming in for a 3-point landing. When Bob and I arrived at the Ponds this morning we saw no more than a few dozen geese there. Before long, however, and heralded by ear-splitting honking, hundreds of the birds arrived. I've never seen so many. I love to watch them land - feet first, then brake with the tail!
