Sometimes a scene really grabs me. When I saw this tree today, I got so excited that I went on automatic pilot, stopped the car, tumbled out, and took the picture before I thought what I was doing!
Yes, the photo is black and white, and no, it is not cropped or otherwise manipulated. I took it from the narrow road that leads to Lake Lagunitas and Lake Bon Tempe from the Fairfax-Bolinas Road.
